Verla Vaughn Robertson, 89, died August 18, 2025 at Ogden, Utah. She was born April 11, 1936 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of John Adam Vaughn and Martha Allen Vaughn. She was in the first graduating class of Ben Lomond High School in 1954.

She married Kenneth Lee Robertson on September 15, 1954 in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. She has lived in Ogden, Utah and Alexandria, Virginia. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held positions in most of the organizations of the Church. She served an eighteen month mission with her husband in Nauvoo, Illinois.

She always considered herself very fortunate to be able to be a stay at home mother and homemaker. She loved being with her family at every occasion that brought them together.

Surviving is one son, Scott (Lori Saunders) Robertson and one daughter, Laurie (Robert) Hadley. Eighteen grandchildren and 62 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, sister Mary Lynn (Dennis) Hansen and a sister-in-law Linda (Ron) Vaughn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, her parents, two brothers, Ron and Larry Vaughn and two sisters, Linda Vaughn and Sharleen (Jim) Hensley, one daughter Diane (Fred) Parry.

Funeral services will be held Saturday August 23 at 11:00 am at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT. Friends may call at Myers Mortuary on Friday August 22, 6-8 pm and Saturday from 9:30-10:30 am. The funeral services will be Live Streamed, found under the link below.

Internment will be at the Ogden City Cemetery, 1875 Monroe Blvd. Ogden, Utah.
