Our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Kari Lynn Marie Armigo Fox, 65, was called home to her Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 21, 2025. She was born on March 30, 1960, in Ogden, a daughter of Johnny and Viola Armigo. Kari was the middle child of three sisters.
Kari married Calvin Buckner on August 8, 2006.
She loved everyone wholeheartedly and never missed a chance to remind others how beautiful they were. Kari took pride in all she did. She was an amazing nail technician who owned and operated her own nail tech business, Foxy Fingers. She competed with 300 nail technicians and won first place where she then became the Creative Nail Educator for the Western States.
Kari loved animals, especially her dog Goopers. She was very creative and loved to draw and write her own poems. She also enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with her family. Kari had a laugh that was truly contagious.
We will miss her dearly.
Kari is survived by her mother, Viola; her sister, Shelly (John) Rich; her nieces, Krista, Alexxis, and Sarraya; and her nephews, Ryan, Daleson, Daxton, and Lincoln. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Calvin; her father, Johnny “A”; and her sister, Debi A.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
