Family and friends will honor Vernon's life with a public viewing on Monday, November 10, 2025 at the Vaughn C.Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
The homegoing celebration will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, in the sanctuary of Mount Pleasant Church & Ministries, 6000 Radecke Ave.,Baltimore, Maryland 21206. The wake will begin at 10:30 am. and service to follow at 11:00 am.
Interment to follow in Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River RD, Middle River, MD 21220
