Vernon was born on November 1, 1958, to Murrell and Melissa Goad.
Veron loved his horses and his truck driving career.
Vernon is survived by his mother and stepfather, Melissa and Clarence Webb; sisters, Irene Gilreath, Margaret Crawford; Brothers, Jim Goad, Jeff Goad, Jack Goad, along with several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Vernon wishes were to be cremated with no formal services held.
