Vicki L. Hager, 75, of Bainbridge, passed away unexpectedly in her home Sunday, January 26, 2025. She was born June 23, 1949, in Chillicothe, to the late Russell E. and Evelyn Conley Seymour.
Surviving are the father of her children, Terry B. Hager, of Bainbridge; a daughter, Angie Evans, of Mt. Sterling; sons, Troy (Laura) Evans, of Chillicothe and Josh (Taralyn) Hager, of Carmel, IN; grandchildren, Grayson, Liam, Finley, Matthew, Megan, and Michael; three great grandchildren; sisters, Juanita Blazer, of Frankfort, Brenda (Loy) Oberer, of Chillicothe, and Cindy (Ronnie) Bowdle, of Frankfort; a sister-in-law, Geraldine "Jerry" Seymour, of Frankfort; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, four brothers, infant, Russell Eugene Seymour, Les Griffey, Donald Seymour, and Gary Seymour; four sisters, Bonnie Roberts, Joyce Chaffin, Lena Strausbaugh, and Jane Grandstaff.
Vicki had worked as a Dispatcher at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center for 14 years. She was a talented gardener, avid animal lover, occasional gambler, and surprisingly adventurous traveler, from navigating the Paris metro to accidentally tending bar in one of Ireland's oldest pubs. She was a fierce friend and loving mother.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Rick Hartley officiating. Burial will be in Bainbridge Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
