Vicki Martin Obituary
She was born on April 15, 1953, in Peoria, Illinois, to Howard and Vera (Miller) Heinold. Vicki married Steven Martin on July 14, 1974, in Goodfield, Illinois.
Surviving are her husband, Steven of Deer Creek; children, Shari (Ryan) Menold of Princeville, Joni (Jeremy) Zacha of Secor, Kelli (Greg) Getz of Danvers, Kevin (Becca) Martin of Eureka and Bonni (Justin) Fehr of Bloomington; 13 grandchildren; and sister, Beverly Joos of Deer Creek.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ron Heinold, and grandson, Clay Michael Menold.
Vicki was a devoted loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister whose family meant everything to her. Her faith and kindness will continue to be treasured by her family.
She was a member of Eureka Apostolic Christian Faith Church, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2026, with church ministers officiating. Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Goodfield Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall. Further visitation will be held from 9 to 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, prior to the service at the church.
Burial will be at Eureka Apostolic Christian Faith Church Cemetery in Eureka.
The family requests in lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials be directed to Eureka Apostolic Christian Nursing Home or Eureka Apostolic Christian Faith Church Charity Fund.
Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Morton is handling arrangements.
