VICKI L. "VIC" TESTA

Vicki L. "Vic" Testa, age 77, of Montello, Wisconsin, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2023, at her home. Vic was born on September 26, 1945, in Melrose Park, IL, to George and Leona (Rothermal) Zwetzig. She raised her three children in Illinois and moved to Montello in 1990, with her partner, Evelyn "Ev" Papa. Together they owned and operated Rustic Inn and later built Spark's Grill which they operated until their retirement in 2021. Vic was a talented painter, enjoyed crossword puzzles and was also an avid reader. She loved to spend time with her family and friends; they will all miss her greatly. Vic is survived by her partner of 43 years, Ev Papa; three children, Jeffrey (Maria) Testa, Rhonda (Ron) Kirstein, Tina (Nasima) Testa and Ev's daughter, Lisa (Sean) Smith. Vic has eight grandchildren, Steven, Ronnie, Samantha, Nicholas, Alysha, Kayla (Mike), C.J. (fiancee, Ashley) and Hayley. She is also survived by her brother, Brian (Carol) Zwetzig; sisters-in-law, Ellie Zwetzig and Jackie Testa; and other extended family members and friends. Vic is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Buz Zwetzig and sister, Gene LoCascio. Honoring Vic's wishes, services will be private.
