Vicki Toepper Obituary
Vicki J. Toepper, age 72, of St. Paul Park, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 22, 2025.
Preceded in death by parents, George and Darlyne Fritz; and grandparents, Arthur and Mae Cain. Survived by daughter, Kelly (Eddie) Toepper-Smith; grandchildren, Kallum, Zelda, Willow, and Juniper; bonus grandchildren, Django and Ellabelle; and other loving family and friends.
Vicki was active in her church, Order of the Eastern Star and Job's Daughters International. She was also an avid reader and knitter.
Funeral Service 12 PM with visitation beginning at 11:30 AM, Sunday, May 4, 2025 at Newport United Methodist Church, 1596 11th Avenue, Newport, Minnesota, 55055.
