Vicki Lane (Comstock) Trimpe, 77, of Seymour passed away at Cedar Creek of Seymour on December 3, 2023. Vicki was born on December 12, 1945, in Anderson, IN to Aaron and Virgina (Hawk) Comstock. Vicki was a homemaker and she attended St. Peter's Lutheran Church of Waymansville with her husband, Bill. Vicki and Bill loved to travel and spent half of their year in Arizona. They also lived at Lutheran Lake and were members of the Mustang Club.
Funeral services will at St. Peter Lutheran Church Waymansville (11750 W County Road 930 S, Columbus, IN 47201) on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at 11 am with Rev. Erik Sorensen officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery Waymansville. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Voss & Sons Funeral and Cremation Service, 316 N. Chestnut Street in Seymour, and then again from 10:00 AM until the time of service Thursday at the church.
Vicki is survived by her sons: Barry (Laura) Fite, Brent (Genevieve) Fite and Troy (Shari) Trimpe; grandchildren, Karissa (Darrell) Walton, Tiffany (Sean) Creason, Tyler Cook, Amanda Sipes, Megan Rector, Annaliese Shoemaker, Zachary Fite, David Clingerman, Jade Price, and Cody Hopkins; several great grandchildren. Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bill Trimpe, and brothers and sisters: Mary Woosnam, Becky Purkerson and Jerry Comstock.
Memorials may be direct to St Peter Lutheran Church Building Fund, in care of Voss & Sons Funeral Service and Cremation Service.
