Survivors include her daughter, Amber Vaughn of Holcomb; son, Shane Vaughn(Amanda) of Marietta, OH; three brothers, Fred Hlad of Wheeling, WV, Alan Hlad of Lisbon, Portugal and Doug Hlad of Thornville, OH; and three grandchildren, Jaden Vaughn, Malachi Vaughn and Alayna Blosser.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, James O. Vaughn.
