Vickie Joann Jackson, 69, of Glasgow, passed away at TJ Samson Community Hospital on Friday, January 3, 2025. She was born on May 31, 1955, in Glasgow, Kentucky to the late Paul Garnett Jackson and the late Wanda Overfelt Jackson. Vickie was a Temple Hill graduate. After graduation she spent several years as manager of the Jr. Food Stores and as a childcare provider.

She is survived by her daughter Lee Ann Williams; son, Clifton Williams (Melissa “Lisa”); grandsons, John Poynter (Brittany), William Poynter, and Jackson Williams; granddaughter, Emily Bryant (Kyle); two great grandsons; two great granddaughters; siblings, Ernest Jackson (Charlene), Nancy Berryman, Paulette Vance (George), and Phyllis McKinney (Stoney); and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sharon Jackson, and her brother, David Jackson.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Jackson will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 9, 2025, at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home with burial in the Bowles Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and after 8:00 AM, Thursday at the funeral home.
