She was born on April 10,1953 in Biloxi,MS and was a resident of Biloxi Community for the last 45 years. She retired from Keesler AFB Hospital where she served as Financial Manager after 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Scott W. Milstead and Virginia L. Williams.
She is survived by her loving husband Gene and her children: William E. Challenor of Ocean Springs,MS, Jennifer L. (Dave) Murray of Gulfport,MS, Kenneth S, (Tiffany) Challenor of Biloxi,MS, Christopher E. (Ashley) Challenor of Ocean Springs,MS and Charles Challenor of Biloxi,MS.
She is also survived by her brothers and sisters: Karen (Dave) Taylor of Homestead, FL, Larry (Helen) Milstead of Ocean Springs,MS, Tracey (Chuck) Gordon of Biloxi,MS, Kevin (Lori) Milstead of Biloxi,MS and Wendy (Joe) Wesley of Mount Nebo, West Virginia. She has 11 grandchildren and She also has 1 great grandchild Alycea Ross. many nieces and nephews. Of the many things Vicky loved to do, nothing could compare to spending time with her grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a huge thank you to all the nursing staff at DaVita Kidney Care in Ocean Springs for their continued care and concern for Mrs. Challenor.
The family will receive friends from 10:00am thru 11:00am on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 10466 LeMoyne Blvd. DIberville, Mississippi 39540. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 10466 LeMoyne Blvd. DIberville, Mississippi 39540 with interment immediately following to the Coalville Cemetery in Woolmarket.
