Vicky Lynn Strunk, age 66 years, of Whitley City, Kentucky died Sunday, December 29, 2024 at her home.
She was born February 16, 1958 in Noblesville, Indiana the daughter of Gilbert Strunk, Jr. and the late Linda L. (Cady) Strunk. Vicky had worked in stock for Walmart and enjoyed flowers, camping, fishing, and crocheting.
In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Misty Dawn Branson; brother, Jerry Lee Strunk; sister, Kristina Willes; and grandchild, Kelsey Kidd.
Survivors include her father, Gilbert Strunk, Jr of Pine Knot, Kentucky; daughter, Rebecca Jean Hill of Lexington, Kentucky; brother, Bruce E. Strunk of Anderson, Indiana; sisters, Iva Marie Mayfield of Anderson, Indiana, Shelly Woodbury of Winchester, Indiana, Laura Morales of Washington State, and Melinda Negley of Southern, Indiana; grandchildren, Brianna Barnes, Gabrielle Cooper, Gage Cooper, Brittany Keyes, and Kiera Griffith. And 4 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 2pm Thursday, January 2, 2025 at the McCreary County Funeral Home with Bro. Calvin Young officiating. Burial to follow in the Taylor Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm Thursday at the Funeral Home.
