Victor E. Baffa, affectionately known as Vic, was born on April 21, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He peacefully departed this world on December 31, 2025, at his home in Edgewood, Kentucky, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love.
A proud graduate of the University of Tampa, Vic was an Army veteran who exemplified the spirit of service and camaraderie. His personality was a vibrant testament to a life well-lived—positive, upbeat, and always in motion. Whether he was engaged in home improvement, traveling, or exploring new opportunities, Vic’s enthusiasm for life was infectious.
Vic had a diverse array of interests and hobbies that reflected his multifaceted character. He loved spending time outdoors, indulging in activities such as hunting and fishing. A big history buff, he enjoyed immersing himself in the past, and as a passionate foodie, he was known for being a fantastic cook. Moreover, his skilled hands and creativity allowed him to build furniture and earn the title of Mr. Fix It around the house. A lover of the beach and a good cigar, his zest for life's simple pleasures was a hallmark of who he was.
Vic leaves behind a loving family: his spouse, Carol Wilson; his step-sons, Jeffrey (Rachael Estes) Wilson and Jeremy (Lorie) Wilson; his daughter, Erin (Matt) Fox; and his son, Christopher (Ivana) Baffa. He found immense joy in his grandchildren, including Benji Wilson, Matthew Wilson, and Dean Baffa, who brought light and laughter to his life. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends who will remember him fondly.
Vic was predeceased by his father, Victor Baffa, and his mother, Jeanette Baffa (nee Arnone).
