Victor Bryce Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Quinn Funeral Home - Warwick on Mar. 9, 2026.
Victor Bryce, 87, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of memories built on hard work, devotion to family, and the simple joys he loved most.

Born and raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, Victor later moved to Rhode Island where he settled down with the love of his life, his wife Carol. Together they built a loving home and raised their family, sharing 49 years of marriage before her passing 18 years ago.

Victor was a hardworking man who spent much of his life in the roofing trade, known for his strong work ethic and dedication. He also proudly served his country in the United States Navy for two years.

When he wasn't working, Victor enjoyed spending time in his workshop crafting wooden lawn ornaments, a hobby passed down through both his father and grandfather. He was an avid coin collector and loved watching sports, especially hockey and car racing. He also enjoyed camping and bringing family and friends together, often hosting cookouts and gatherings that created many cherished memories.

Victor leaves behind his five children: Victor Bryce Jr. (Jill) of McKeesport, PA; Darlene Goncalves (Tony) of Pawtucket, RI; Geraldine Jackson (Robert) of Pawtucket, RI; Andrew Bryce (Christine) of West Winfield, NY; and John Bryce (Kim) of Warwick, RI. He is also survived by his sister, Phyllis; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Richard Bryce and great grandfather of the late Jasmine Rose.

He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him. He now rests peacefully, reunited with his beloved wife Carol.

His Chapel Service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 11:00 A.M, in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2425 Warwick Ave, Warwick, followed by a burial with military honors in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Visitation in the Funeral Home will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 P.M.
