I was 16 wben I met Victor.he was 19. We were together for 8 years. I loved him with all my heart. I will never forget him. I am sorry for his friend and famlies loss. I loved his mom and dad.

I met Victor when he started with the Queens Vehicle Safety office sometime in the early 90's. My supervisors asked me to assist Victor because he was new on the job. Victor would often share with me all his projects that he had going on around his house. It was a pleasure knowing Victor. My condolences to Victors family.

Victor you were my best friend you were my brother.Difficult at times head strong . Nobody knew me better than you I love you dearly . You will always have a special place in my heart. Everyone should have a friend like you.
