Victor Albert Clark, Jr., also known as "little Vic" to many, passed to his eternal home on Thursday, January 1, 2026, at the age of 58, six days short of his 59th birthday. He was born to the late Victor "Vic" Albert, Sr., and Patsy (Waddell) Clark in Jonesboro on January 7, 1967. He and his wife devoted 28 years to fostering and loving many children, opening their home and hearts to those in need. He cherished his church family and enjoyed spending time at the lake with family and friends. In 2018, he began working for the ARDOT, a job he dearly loved. His greatest joy was his children and grandchildren. He loved life and never slowed down. He also dearly loved his two dogs, Louie and Izzy, who were constant companions.

He was predeceased by his parents, Victor and Patsy Clark of Portia, his sister, Mary Clark of Bono, and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Judy Clark, granddaughter, Milli Clark of the home; daughters, Allison Clark of Cabot, Lila Cook (Matt) of Walnut Ridge, and Lacey Robinett of Portia, and sons Christian Clark and Jeremiah Cue of the home, John Hampton (Stephanie) of Jonesboro, and Jeff Scheller (Regan) of Fritch, Texas, 18 grandchildren with one on the way, and 5 great-grandchildren, sisters Patricia Tribble (Luther) of Bono, and Vickie Mitchell of Walnut Ridge, and several nieces nephews, and cousins.
