Victor Ray Haggard

Victor Ray Haggard, age 65, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on August 13, 2025, in Knoxville. He was a man of faith and attended North Knoxville Seventh-day Adventist Church. Victor was preceded in death by his beloved son, Victor Clay Haggard; his parents, William Haggard and Janie Clay Haggard-Goins; his brothers, Stephen Goins and Ronnie Goins; and his stepfather, Eugene Goins. He is survived by his son, Daniel Christian Haggard (Kimberly); grandson, William Victor Haggard; sisters, Ella Williams and Tammy Goins-Finch (Matt); nephew, Gary Cooper; nieces, Janna Cooper, Tasha Goins, Alexis Williams, and Savannah Williams; and his special great-niece, Dixie Cooper. Family and friends will gather at Bookwalter Cemetery on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. for a graveside service, officiated by Ed Reid.
