Victor Hierro Obituary
The son of Socorro Lozoya and Eva (Sansabas) Hierro, he was born December 8, 1962 in El Paso, Texas. He attended school in Guymon, and was a member of the St. Theresa Catholic Church in Fredrick, Colorado.
Victor and Jonna Thrash were married in Guymon on June 20, 2008. They moved to Longmont in 2011. He worked several years in the oil field.
He is preceded in death by his father, Socorro Hierro.
Survivors include his wife, Jonna Hierro of the home in Longmont; his mother, Eva Hierro of Guymon; five siblings: Norma, Oscar, Socorro Jr. and wife, Dora, Nora and husband, Alejo, and Teresa and husband, Monte. Survivors also include nieces and nephews: Bryan, Natalie, Keelan, Aubrey, Taylor, Evan, Paiton, and Noah.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 8th between the hours of 5:00 and 6:30 p.m. at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be Friday morning, January 9th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter's with Father Joseph Schwarz, celebrant. Interment will follow at the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon.
The Hierro family suggest memorials be given to St. Theresa or St. Peters' Catholic Church. Memorials will be accepted at Bunch – Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 1112, Guymon, Oklahoma 73942.
