He was a devoted and loving husband of 27 years to MaryAnn Ishman and a loving father to Adam Ishman (Beth), Niki Tharnish (Robert) and Jacob Ishman.
Vic also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Landon and Siena Tharnish and Quinn Ishman.
Vic is the son of the late Clyde and Lois Jean Ishman.
Brother of Maggie Flanigan and Uncle of Terri Flanigan.
Vic worked as a Senior Network Engineer for ATI for over 30 years. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and golfing but his true passion was hunting. Vic was an incredibly generous and kind man who could strike up a conversation with anyone and whose sense of humor was appreciated by many. He was deeply involved in his church community where he found joy in helping others. Vic was also a skilled DIYer, always working on projects around the house. He often coached his children's sports teams and was incredibly supportive of both his children and grandchildren's activities and interests.
Visitation will be held Thursday May 1st from 4-8 PM at Neely Funeral Home, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.
