Milazzo, Victor Nicholas "Vic"
Victor Nicholas Milazzo, known as Vic and PawPaw Vic to many, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at The Crossing in Baton Rouge, at the age of 84. He was a native of Plaquemine and resident of Addis. Vic retired from Dow Chemical.
Visitation will be at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Brusly on Friday, September 5th, from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m., celebrated by Rev. Arun John. Entombment in Grace Memorial Park will follow.
Vic is survived by his three children, Donald "Donnie" Milazzo and wife Jackie Juneau Milazzo, Maynette Milazzo, and Vickie Milazzo Berthelot and husband Harold "Bu-Butt" Berthelot, Jr.; six grandchildren, Rowland Milazzo and wife Michalyn Hebert Milazzo, Trey Rills and wife Nicole Richard Rills, Briana Berthelot Juneau and husband Trace, Nathan Milazzo and wife Sarah, Nicholas Milazzo and fiancée Sydney Muir, Natalie Milazzo Chambers and husband Chance; 11 great-grandchildren, Ezra and Eli Milazzo, Jase, Corbin and Layne Rills, Briggs, Joey and Baby Juneau, Lola and Cruz Milazzo, and Annistyn Chambers; brother-in-law, Martin Miranda.
Vic was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn Marie Bourque Milazzo; parents, Charles and Mary Grace Curcio Milazzo; in-laws, Joseph Christopher and Beatrice Matherne Bourque; sister-in-law, Denise "Tut" Bourque Miranda.
Vic never met a stranger. His ideal day would be spent fishing, followed by an indulgent meal surrounded by family telling embellished stories from the past.
