Survivors include his wife of 42 years Carol Sharp, his mother Betty Sharp, 2 daughters Cori Truman and husband Steve & Jessica Fry and 5 grandchildren Jordyn, Kadyn, Brooklynn, Garrett & Raegan.
Predeceased by his father Victor James Sharp, Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 8, 2022, 11:00 am at Family Funeral Home in Harvey Young Chapel.

My sincere and deepest condolences to the Sharp family. I was one of Jessica's friends from Columbia, Illinois and have many fond memories of Victor from my mid teenage years. Jessica and I used to ride around in my first vehicle, an 86 chevy which had issues as you could imagine. After breaking down multiple times in south county, Victor looked over my truck and noticed the distributor cap was loose. He tightened it down with a zip tie and immediately fixed the problem. Shortly after that, he told me I needed to clean the truck out and I told him it wasn't that bad (obviously a lie as you can imagine) so he grabbed his leaf blower and literally blew all the papers and trash / debris around. LOL
He was a great man who will be missed. Prayers for peace and comfort to Carol, Jessica and Cori.
