Victor Smith was born on April 23, 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida and went to be with his Lord on September 7, 2025, in Homer, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Air Force.
He was preceded in death by his first wife of 38 years, Mary E. Smith and his brothers, Edgar, Julian, and Charlie Smith.
Victor is survived by his wife, Marilyn Smith of Homer, Victor Lee Smith, Jr (Sacha) of Hobart, Oklahoma, Steven Smith (Jodi) of Hobart, Oklahoma, and Barrett Arnold (Lauren) of Fort Worth, Texas, daughters, Candida Smith of Minden and Emily Swart (Jared) of Ft. Worth, Texas, sisters, Linda Moore of Lake City, Florida, Martha Porter of Jacksonville, Florida, Rhonda Carson of Conway, Arkansas, and Janet Fletcher of Vilonia, Arkansas, grandchildren, Victor Lee Smith, III, Cameron Smith, Jamie Slaton, Elliot Whited, Millie Arnold, and Cooper Swart, and great-grandchildren, Abian Smith, Victoria Smith, and Ace Smith, and special friends, Jan and Glen Hill.
