Victoria Arrellano, 65, of Wharton, Texas, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025 surrounded by her family. Victoria was born on October 29, 1960, in Skidmore, Texas, to Jose G.and Susana Perez. Victoria was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Growing up, Victoria helped her father on The Rocking M. Ranch rounding up cattle, baling hay and picking cotton. She was a graduate of Wharton High School class of 1979. Victoria earned an Associate's Degree from Del Mar Corpus Christi College. She served as a Constable for Beeville Police Department for 2 years. On August 3, 1985, Victoria married the love of her life Reyes Arrellano in Beeville. There they started their family before moving to Wharton.While their children started growing and participating in activities, Victoria became the President of GCYFA Wharton Little League for many years. Along with being a mother and wife, she was employed for Houston Provider Management for over 20 years. In her past time Victoria enjoyed watching Horror movies and cheering on The Dallas Cowboys.

Victoria was preceded in death by her father, Jose G. Perez, and her beloved husband, Reyes Arrellano.

Victoria is survived by her mother, Susana Perez; her children, Leslie (Leslie) Arrellano and Joseph Arrellano; her sisters, Sylvia (Joe) Guerrero, Martha Salinas, and Mary Alice (Leroy) Longoria; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral Home on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 5:00pm - 8:00pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited by Father Richard Gutierrez at 7:00pm. A Chapel Service will be held by Father Richard Gutierrez at Trevino Funeral Home on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Wharton, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Sheldon Henry, Jeffery Garcia, Eisraiel G. Briseno, Adrian Segovia, Damion Castro and Erik Estrada.
