Dubelia Cardona

Today we come together to celebrate the life of our beloved mother and grandmother Dubelia Guerrero Cardona. She was preceded through the gates of heaven by her parents, Jose and Florencia, her husband Richard, siblings Dora, Isabel, Eva and Jose, and most recently her daughters Olga and Irene. She is survived by daughters Effie Obregon, Diana Torres (Roland) and Bernadette Gibson (Karl);
Grandchildren; Teresa Edalia (Teri), Rudy Wayne (Woody) Salazar, Karl Richard and Alejandro Seth Gibson. Great grandchildren Austin Reed and Zander Salazar.

Through her life, she was cherished by all. She was the middle child of Jose & Florencia Guerrero; and the longest surviving member. She adopted her many nieces and nephews as her own, and became the matriarch of the extended Guerrero family. She deeply loved our Lord Jesus Christ and she prayed for all of her family by name. She rejoiced when her family members came to know, love, and serve him as well. We believe she is with him now, having been told "Well done My good, and faithful daughter, it is time to come take your place with Me and rest."
She was "Mother" to us all!

Visitation will be Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mathis, Tx at 9am then the Holy Rosary at 9:30am. The Funeral mass will begin at 10am and Interment will follow at Waldheim Cemetery in Tynan, Tx.
