Victoria's love for her children was paramount, and she instilled in Timothy, Skylar, Autumn, and Khloe the values of kindness, perseverance, and the importance of family. Her granddaughter, Ashtrid, was a source of immense joy and pride.
Victoria's parents, Jack Declue and Angela Startt-Ramos, along with her stepdad, Ray Ramos, supported her through every chapter of her life. Her relationship with her brother, John Declue, and his wife, Courtney, was filled with fond memories and mutual admiration. Her nieces, Aliveaha and Vaeda, will forever cherish the fun and lessons shared with their aunt.
An avid lover of the outdoors, Victoria relished the times she spent at the lake, where the tranquility of nature provided solace and a haven from the everyday. Her ability to find beauty in the simplest of things was a gift to those who knew her.
