Victoria "Vicky" Ann Wehner Hoggan passed away on December 23, 2021. She left this world peacefully after some time in the ICU with her daughter Alexus, brother Kevin, and best friend Jan by her side. She was finally able to be free of pain and restraints.
Vicky was born on December 23, 1958 in Kittery, Maine to JoAnn Richardson and James Roy Wehner. She was a Navy brat and lived all over the United States growing up. She worked at Wal-Mart for 20 years and was one of the most hard-working people on this planet. She always went above and beyond for everyone in her life and was a Mom, Grandma, Sister, and Friend to many.
She is survived by her daughter, Alexus Victoria Hoggan; sisters, Debra Jo Russell and Janice Marie Powell; and brother, Kevin Wayne Kimber along with many others.
Vicky was always the life of the party. She could make anyone laugh and she treated everyone she met like she had known them forever. She was a big soul in a little body and gave the best hugs. She had a heart of gold. She loved her cats, coffee, gardening, crafts and being around family and friends. Her and her daughter Alexus were extremely close and were each other's world. She took life's obstacles and made getting through them look easy. She was truly a warrior. She is greatly missed.

Family and friends are invited to attend her Celebration of Life in person and virtually on Sunday, January 2, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
