Victoria Pereida Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory on Dec. 23, 2024.
Victoria Lee Pereida 80, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2024. Born on May 12, 1944, in Lansing, Victoria spent her entire life in the city she loved, surrounded by family and friends who cherished her deeply.
Victoria was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who built her life around her family. Vicki was preceded in death by her beloved husband James Pereida of 60 years and her 2 great grandchildren Noah and Nathan Pena.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, Jamie Esch and Jodi Pereida whose lives she touched with her endless kindness and unwavering support. Her grandchildren-Lucas Pena, Kirsten Hiske, Lourin Pena, Kaylee Esch and Lee-vonte Williams-were the light of her life, and she took immense pride in watching them grow and thrive. Victoria was also blessed with many great-grandchildren; whose laughter brought her joy in her later years.
Victoria will be remembered for her warm heart, her dedication to her loved ones, and her enduring connection to the Lansing community. She had a talent for making everyone feel special and welcomed, and her home was always a place of comfort and love.
A private celebration of Victoria's life will be held by her family following church service at Calvary Christian Fellowship 5324 Millet Rd Lansing, MI. Please see Facebook invite for details.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to a charity of choice that supports families and communities in need, reflecting her generous spirit.
Victoria's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
