A rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 6:00 P.M. followed by a visitation until 8 P.M. at the Agape Funeral Chapel.
Viet was born on December 5, 1949 in Vietnam. He graduated from high school and later served in the United States Army. He was a machinery operator for many years and worked at an assembly warehouse. He enjoyed the church's choir playing keyboard. He also enjoyed fishing and doing volunteer work.
Mr. Tran was preceded in death by his mother, Ruyen Nguyen; father, Can Van Tran; sister, Hoa Tran. He was survived by his wife, Ty Tran and the rest of his family, Tan Tran, Kenny Tran, Tracie Tran, Marie Tran, and Ban Tran.
