It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Vilma Brady, a beloved wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, at the age of 63. Vilma was a truly amazing woman whose kindness and love touched all who knew her. She lived each day with magic in her heart and brought warmth, light, and joy into the lives of everyone around her. She was exceptionally thoughtful and generous, always putting her family first and working tirelessly to ensure they were cared for. A devoted wife and mother, Vilma overcame many obstacles throughout her life with remarkable strength and grace. She stood by her family with unwavering dedication and was the heart of her home. She will always be remembered as an extraordinary grandmother, whose love and guidance will forever live on in her grandchildren's hearts. Vilma was also a believer in all things seen and unseen, carrying faith and wonder with her in every step of her journey. She is survived by her loving husband, George, her four children, Christina, Minerva, Frances, and Michelle, and her cherished grandchildren, Miranda, Camren, Isabelle, Payton, Lylah, and Nolan. She also leaves behind her faithful dog and constant companion, Bones, who brought her immense comfort and joy. Vilma's spirit, kindness, and love will continue to inspire all those who were blessed to know her. She will be profoundly missed and forever remembered. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York.
