It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Vincent Roger Kirchoff, aged 58, on August 13, 2025. He was born on December 29, 1966, in St. Paul, Minnesota, and spent his formative years in Hillsboro, Oregon, where he attended school. Vincent was a proud veteran who served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Bristol, an experience that shaped his character and contributions to life thereafter.

Vincent was a dedicated computer engineer and also worked as a landscaper, embodying both creativity and diligence in his pursuits. Nevertheless, it was his role as a husband, father, and grandfather that defined him the most. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Dena Kirchoff, along with his devoted children: Andrew McAllster, Zachery Kirchoff, Matthew Kirchoff, Alysha Kirchoff, and Stevie Rice-Kirchoff. His legacy continues through his cherished grandchildren, with whom he shared many beautiful moments.

He was surrounded by a loving family that included his mother, Judy Milender, siblings Bert, Mike, Edward, John, Catherine, Jeannie, Brenda, and Wanda. He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Kirchoff, and his beloved daughter, Amanda Rice. Survived by this large and loving family, Vincent's memory will forever remain in their hearts.

Vincent was known for his generous spirit, kindness, and unwavering loyalty to those he loved. His caring and giving nature touched the lives of many. With a twinkle in his eye, he was known to share his wisdom, often accompanied by a touch of grumpiness, always lightened by an unmistakable smile. He was a character-a loving father who bragged about his children and grandkids, a man of many interests, and a lover of "oldies" music and classic black-and-white movies, especially fond of "The Apple Dumpling Gang" and "Matlock."

A celebration of Vincent's life will take place on September 26, 2025, from noon to 5 PM, at 2600 East Bay Dr. NE, Olympia, Washington. The family wishes to express gratitude for any donations made towards Vincent's cremation and celebration of life, which can be sent directly to family members through the memorial page. They appreciate all gestures of support during this difficult time.

Vincent Roger Kirchoff will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. May his spirit live on in the love he shared, the lessons he taught, and the memories he created with his family and friends.
