Vincent Regan Obituary
Vincent was born on December 4, 1940 in Norfolk, NY. The son of James and Kathleen (Mahoney) Regan. He graduated with a Master's Degree in accounting from Clarkson University. He worked for New York State as an accountant and auditor. On October 10, 1959, he married Claire Babcock and they recently celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.
In his past time, Vincent could be found in his garage holding court with friends and family. He was active in Potsdam Minor Hockey and played up until his late sixty's. He was also a long time member of the Potsdam Country Club and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren
He is survived by his loving wife; Claire of Louisville; two children: Vincent of Manchester, NH; Kathleen Rosenburg of Chase Mills. Three grandchildren; Nicholas Regan, Shannon DiSalvo (Chris) and Heather Rosenburg, one great-granddaughter Lilliana. He was the last surviving sibling in a family of 10; Patrick Regan, John Regan, Edward Regan, Daniel Regan, Thomas Regan, Isabell Wilson, Virginia LaShombe, Maureen Traynor, and Jeremiah Regan
