Beloved father and grandfather, Vincent J Reilly Jr, 97, of Allenwood, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2026. He was born in Pennsylvania and lived in Dover and Netcong New Jersey before moving to Allenwood in 1970. Vincent was a veteran and was a Sergeant in the US Army, honorably discharged in 1959. He was employed by Jersey Central Power and Light Co for 26 years, retiring in 1988. He was also a long time member of he American Legion. He was an avid snowmobiler for years and also enjoyed doing all types of mechanical work for family and friends.

Vincent was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Ellen Betcher Reilly, his son, Michael, and a sister Joan Applegate. Vincent is survived by his son, Willian, his wife, Debra, three granddaughters, Megan, Amy, Jennifer along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children. He was loved greatly by all of his family, friends and neighbors as he was always willing to give a helping hand whenever needed.

Arrangements are under the care of Orender Family Home For Funerals, Manasquan, NJ. A private Internment will take place at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Randlolph New Jersey at a later date where Vincent will be alongside his beloved wife Ellen. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations may be made in Vincent's name to the American Legion Post, 346 at 21 Gully Rd, Neptune, NJ 07753. Uncle Vince you were much more then an uncle to us. You were always there when we needed you. We will miss you, your laugh, your stories and always great advice.
