Vincent Conrad Wilson, 63, of Reynoldsburg, passed away on August 3, 2024. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 20, 1960 to Leon and Doris (Hunt) Wilson.
Those left to cherish Vince’s memory include daughter, Mercedes Dillard; grandchildren, Nevaeh and DJ; sisters, Adrienne Wilson, Cheryl (Lloyd) Williams, and Iris (James) Hadvabne; brothers, Randall (Verna) Wilson, Brian (Elizabeth) Wilson, Stefan Wilson, and Damon (Melissa) Wilson; and a host of family members and friends. Vince was preceded in death by brother, Kevin L. Wilson.
Vince attended and graduated from South High School. He went on to teach at the TECH Institute. Vince served as a dedicated Medical Aid for over 30 years, serving the great Columbus area. He had a passion for caring for others. When he wasn’t at work, Vince loved to cook, listen to music, dance, and spend time with family and friends. Vince loved his visits to Virginia Beach with family, it was his chance to recharge and spend time with his loved ones.
Immediate family will receive friends and family from 1pm to 2pm, Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Newcomer Funeral, Northeast Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Road, Columbus, 43231. A service to honor Vince’s life will be held at 2pm, Saturday, August 17, 2024; also at the funeral home. The Newcomer family is honored to serve the Wilson family.
