Violet "Vi" Michaud (Lynch), 83 passed away on Saturday July 13, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on May 25, 1941, in St. Francis, Maine. The daughter of Hubert and Geneva (Thibodeau) Lynch.
Violet worked at Fraser Paper, now known as Twin Rivers, for many years, making many lifelong friendships during her employment.
Violet loved gardening, vacationing, and going out to eat with the girls from Fraser Paper on Mondays. She was always ready to take on new adventures with her friends and enjoyed hosting gatherings at her home.
She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them.
Violet is survived by her son Peter and his wife Paula (Clavette) of Chester, New Hampshire, and her daughter Jenifer McLeod (Michaud) and her husband Frank of Cross Lake Twp, Maine. She also leaves behind two granddaughters, Olivia (Michaud) Dearborn and her husband Cameron of Exeter, New Hampshire and Renee Michaud and her fiancé Stephen Burl of Chester, New Hampshire and one great-grandchild, Emily Dearborn.
She was predeceased by her parents, Hubert and Geneva (Thibodeau) Lynch, and her husband Gerald Michaud.
A mass will be held at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Madawaska on July 22, 2024, at 10:00 am, following a grave site burial at the New St Francis Cemetery, St. Francis Maine. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Edgar Paradis Cancer Fund.
