DiGiacomo Funeral Home Inc., 1055 Southampton Road, Phila., PA 19116, followed by his funeral mass 11:30AM at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116. Interment Private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Fox Chase Cancer Center at: foxchase.org

My name is Samuel Soto sorry for your loss Virgil was a dear friend to me a great man a man that loves his family love his kids and his wife and always a great person on jobs sites and have good heart you always willing to give the max for anybody who ever needs the help on job sites the man that you know you could count on he will not let you down.. but I can say as he was a dear brother to me like a big brother we work together for so many years Joe Boyle and the crew we were special crew we had a lot of good times a lot of laughs and a lot of tough times but he always was kind ..you used to make us laugh with certain things you say just to get the day bye easier know that I'm going to miss you big brother my condolence for the whole family and Rosa and for the kids my deepest prayers for the whole family I will keep your family in prayer

Sorry for your Loss of a good man.. I worked with Virgil for many years as we both operated heavy equipment...He always had a smile on his face and was a pleasure to work with...he will be miss by many .. Sincerely Davo
