Virginia Webb Dupree, 88, of Raleigh, died Sunday morning, February 20, 2011, at The Oaks of Mayview Convalescent Center where she had been a longtime resident. The family will receive friends at Montlawn Funeral Home beginning at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday where the Funeral Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Montlawn Memorial Park. Born in Anson County, Virginia was the daughter of the late James Virginius Webb and Delilah Blanche Wilson Webb. She was a former member of St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church and was preceded in death by her husband, James Ray Dupree. Virginia is survived by her daughter, Jean M. Dupree of Raleigh; brother, William Bickett Webb of Morse, LA, as well as two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Arrangements are by Montlawn Funeral Home, 2911 S.
