Virginia Georgia Graves, 83, of Meridian, Idaho, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2025, passed away peacefully, with her husband by her side.
Virginia was born on October 25, 1941, in Murphy, North Carolina. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she cherished her family above all else. Her greatest joys came from spending time with her children and grandchildren. Virginia had a deep love for gardening and country music, which brought her peace and happiness throughout her life.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, John Graves, married May 8, 1960; her six children, Janet (Leroy) Bates, Mark Westin, Sherry (Ashton) Castle, Jennifer (Micah) Adams, Andrew Graves, and Laura (Aaron) Ulrich; three cherished grandchildren; and one great-grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen Ellis and Bennie Emma Kirkland.
Virginia’s warmth, kindness, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
