Virginia Kaletta Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Monreal Srnick Funerals & Cremations on Nov. 30, 2024.
Virginia "Ginny" L. Kaletta, passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on March 16, 1950, in Cleveland, OH, Virginia was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, whose warmth and compassion touched the lives of many.
Virginia was the cherished daughter of the late George and Harriett Konyud (Wlodarski). She is survived by her daughters, Heather Heimburger (Jason), Kelly Johnston (Lee), and Lacey Jean (Alan). She was a proud grandmother to Kaletta Coljohn, Avery Johnston, Alex Johnston, Aletta Mooring, and Barrett Jean. Virginia was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Erin Kaletta.
For 28 years, Virginia dedicated herself to her work at Macy's, where she formed lasting friendships and demonstrated her unwavering commitment to excellence. Outside of work, she found joy in reading, vacationing in Florida, and cheering on her favorite baseball team, the Guardians. Her heart was filled with love as she played cards like Uno and Clue with her grandchildren, creating precious memories that will be cherished forever.
Friends and family are invited to gather in celebration of Virginia's life on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Monreal Srnick Funeral Home, located at 35400 Curtis Blvd, Eastlake. A Funeral Service will take place at noon, also at the funeral home. Virginia will be laid to rest at All Souls Cemetery in Chardon.
