Virginia Ellen Little, 97, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a lifetime of love freely given and deeply felt.

Virginia Little was born on December 25, 1928, in St. Joseph, Missouri. She was raised there, where completed 11th grade, then lived for a time in Leavenworth, Kansas. In December of 1947, she married Hosea Marvin Little, and together they shared more than 50 years of marriage, building a life centered on love and family. Far from her childhood home, she created one of her own through patience, strength, and steady care. In 1976, she settled in Texas, where she spent the remainder of her life surrounded by those she loved most.

She was a gentle, soft-spoken soul. She was known for her quiet nature, often leaving others wondering what thoughtful reflections were passing through her mind. Her generosity was boundless, especially when it came to her children and especially, her grandchildren, who held a special place in her heart. Her eyes would light up, and her smile would instantly appear whenever she spoke of them or was shown their photographs.

Virginia is survived by her sister, Patricia Dorsom; her children, Marvin Little and wife Jan, Wesley Little and wife Rosie, Phillip Little and wife Mary, Thomas Little, Kenny Little and wife Stephanie, and daughter Loma Rasco; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Hosea Little, daughters, Iris Marie and Joyce Elaine Mohan; sons-in-law, Harvey Jefferson Rasco and Joseph Mohan; and her grandson, Chandler Rasco.

She will be remembered for a life quietly lived but deeply felt, for her steady presence, her generous heart, and the immeasurable love she gave to her family. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.
