Virginia Ann Mason, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, passed away peacefully in her home on September 3, 2025, at the age of 83 with her son and daughter-in-law by her side. She was born on November 20, 1941, in Crockett, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Roscoe and Mildred (Lemaster) Conley.

She was an avid gardener; enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Above all, Virginia held family as the most important aspect of her life, dedicating herself to supporting and loving those around her.

Virginia is survived by her loving son, Ronald (Candy) Mason; grandchildren, Michael Mason (Jason Ward), Kimberly Johnston, and Ryan (Danielle) Johnston, along with her great-grandchildren, Savonnah and Annabelle; and her sisters, Wandaline Tipton and Marcella Bashaw; as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Virginia was predeceased by her husband, Dave, and her son, Gary, whose memories continue to be cherished by her family. She was also preceded in death by her siblings: Joe, Dane, Ray, Junior, James, Dora, and Faye.

A private service will be held by the family. Virginia will be laid to rest next to her husband at Byron Cemetery.
