Virginia Pendley Obituary
Virginia M. Pendley, age 82, passed away peacefully at a nursing home in Beeville following an extended illness on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
She was born to Freeland Bates and Leola Mae (Greer) Maxwell on June 22, 1941 in Wichita Falls Texas.
She married her true love Cephas Ray Pendley and together they raised their children. She and Cephas were members of Mont Olivo Church in Karon.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Howard Pendley.
Survivors are her husband Cephas Pendley of Beeville.
1 Son: Archie Bates
1 Daughter Cynthia Ann Rivers of Kingwood.
She as blessed with 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 25, 2023 from 11-3 with the funeral service to begin at 3 PM at the Mont Olivo Church in Karon. Brother Tim Stowe will officiate the services.
Burial will follow at the Lebanon Cemetery, Live Oak County
Services entrusted to Roberson Funeral Home, Three Rivers.
