Sue Brammer was born May 3, 1943, in Bedford, VA. She was the daughter of the late Morris Winston Scott, Sr. and Lovelyn Weeks Scott. She was dedicated to her family and to keeping an immaculate home. She was also a vital contributor to the family’s business, Brammer Safety Supply. An avid reader, she started a book club in Lynchburg that continues to thrive.
She is survived by her children, James “Jay” Brammer and wife, Julie, of Lynchburg, and Jill Brammer Ware of Richmond; 4 grandchildren, Katie Gray Brammer, Jeb Brammer, Marshall “Mac” Ware, and Riley Ware.
