Survived by her children, Sandra Kay Rusnak, Joseph (Diane) Elmgren, Cheryl (Jimmer) Wehrheim, Patti (Blake) Hatchett; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
Interment: Fort Snelling, Minnesota, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred directed to Vivian's beloved Excelsior United Methodist Church.
Elmgren, Vivian Marcella Age 103 of Shorewood, passed on March 1, 2025. Preceded in death by her loving husband Robert Arvid Elmgren of 68 years, parents Joseph and Alma May (Gregory) Fall and brother Clair Fall.
Survived by her children, Sandra Kay Rusnak, Joseph (Diane) Elmgren, Cheryl (Jimmer) Wehrheim, Patti (Blake) Hatche
