Vivian Hill, age 90, of Huntland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025, at Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation. She was born on September 7, 1935, in Swaim, Alabama, to the late Maymon and Lucy (Wells) Prince. Vivian was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose greatest joy was caring for her family and friends. She loved to travel with her daughter Shirley , creating memories that will forever be treasured. Known for her warm spirit and her incredible cooking, she welcomed everyone to her table with love. She shared a beautiful marriage with her late husband, Nolan. Their love for one another was evident to all who knew them, and their bond remains an enduring example of devotion and partnership. Vivian's life was marked by kindness, generosity, and a deep love for her family. She will be remembered not only for the care she gave, but also for the love she inspired in return. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Hill; sisters, Jewel Vandiver and Faye Morris; and brother, Wayne Prince. She is survived by her children, Shirley Walker and Carol (Paul) Chompooming; grandchildren, Stephen (Amanda) Walker, Kirk (Melissa) Chompooming, and Kyle Chompooming; great-grandchildren, Austin Walker, Emily Walker, and London Chompooming. A graveside service will be held Monday, September 15, 2025, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
