Stephen Michael Huffer

Stephen Michael Huffer, age 67 of Belvidere, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Waters of Winchester. Stephen was born on March 2, 1959, in Honolulu, HI to the late Don and Emma Mae (Callahan) Huffer. Follow his high school graduation he joined the United States Navy and later was selected to join the Naval Academy. After his time in service, he obtained his bachelor's degree from Tennessee Tech. Before his retirement, Stephen worked as a civil engineer for various places throughout the State of Tennessee. An avid sport fan, you could find him cheering on the Tennessee Vols on Saturdays and the Tennessee Titans on Sundays. In his spare time, you could find him working in his garden and playing sudoku. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Paul Huffer. Stephen is survived by his sister, Terri (Mike) Lewter and brother, Wayne (Cathy) Huffer; and many nieces and nephews.
