James Arrie Eliff

James Arrie Eliff, age 82 of Belvidere, passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Highpoint Health Winchester. James was born on May 25, 1943, in Pelham, to the late Arrie and Ada (Maxwell) Eliff. He retired after many years as a road construction truck driver. James was an antique car collector and enjoyed riding his tractor when he was able. Most recently you could find him watching westerns and car shows. He will be remembered by his family as a strong willed and determined man, who could do anything he set his mind to. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, JoAnn Eliff, and second wife, Debbie Eliff; son, Joey Eliff; and half-brother, Gene Green. James is survived by his sons, Jimmy (Shari) Eliff, and Johnny Eliff; grandchildren, Branden (Sarah) Eliff, Joey (Serena) Eliff, Mackenzie and Ayden Eliff; great-grandchildren, Eliza Eliff, Grayson, Jaxtyn, and Huxtyn Eliff; brother, Buddy (Joan) Eliff; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives; and his four-legged best friend, Buddy.
