Vivian Hoover, 97, passed away on November 8, 2025. She was born on August 16, 1928, to the late Francis and Bessie (Ernst) Hoyt.
She married Franklin Eugene Hoover, who preceded her in death.
Vivian spent many days working for various factories around the area. She was employed at the Wire Factory in Wauseon, Ohio; the Box Factory in Swanton, Ohio; the McCauley Egg Factory in Liberty Center, Ohio; and Campbell Soup in Napoleon, Ohio. She also attended Shiloh Christian Church for many years.
She was a woman devoted to her family - a wonderful mother and an even better grandmother. In her younger years, she enjoyed dancing with her husband, Franklin.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Barbara (Art) Feffer and Ron (Susan) Hoover. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Stephanie (Joel) Smith, Heather (Kerry) Krugh, Trisha (Craig) Niese and Gina (Jason) Gruber; great-grandchildren: Jordan Smith, Logan (Lydia) Smith, Jarrett (Jess) Krugh, Camden Krugh, Delaney Krugh, Macie Krugh, Trenton Niese, Owen Niese, Wyatt Gruber, Ava Gruber, Kale Gruber, and great-great-grandson, Everett Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, siblings, and many other beloved family members and friends.
