Vivian was a committed Christian and member of Bellemont Methodist Church for over 60 years. She loved to be involved in the Methodist Women’s group, softball teams, annual Harvest Festival and meals-on-wheels delivery. Bellemont was truly her extended family.

She loved to walk. One of her trips was a walking tour of Ireland with her sister, Reu, and niece Anita and husband Hap Holloway. She was an excellent quilter for many years during her retirement and made many quilts for friends and family members.
The funeral service to celebrate Vivian’s life will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 19, 2023 at Bellemont Methodist Church by Rev. Lee Edwards, with the burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:45pm Sunday prior to the service and other times at the daughter, Susan Vincent’s home in Burlington.
