Voyd Garland Goodale, Jr. Obituary
Mr. Voyd Garland Goodale, Jr. entered into rest on Monday, July 1, 2024, at the age of 54. The family will receive friends for a time of remembering and celebrating the life of Mr. Goodale from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at Miller-Rivers-Caulder Funeral Home.
Mr. Goodale was born on January 15, 1970 in Chesterfield, SC a son of the late Voyd Garland and Mary Davis Goodale. Garland was an avid fan of the University of South Carolina Gamecocks. He enjoyed watching their games as well as collecting Gamecocks memorabilia and helmets. Mr. Goodale also enjoyed deer hunting. Garland loved traveling especially if it was on a cruise ship. Of all of his many interests and hobbies, Mr. Goodale’s favorite activity was enjoying a meal with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Kristi Goodale of Chesterfield, SC; sons, Christian Goodale of Chesterfield, SC, Kaleb Goodale of Chesterfield, SC; sister, Angie Goodale; siblings of the heart, Brandi (Brad) Owens, Derek (Leanne) Faulkenberry; parents of the heart, Fred and Gail Faulkenberry; nieces and nephews, Logan (Olivia), Haven (Chase), Hunter, Bella; brothers of the heart, Jeff Spencer, and Allen Chapman.
